Laurens County Entrepreneur Brenda Stewart Named to SC Biz News’ Inaugural South Carolina 500
Brenda Stewart, founder and publisher of The Laurens County Buzz and owner of Stewart Marketing & Consulting, has been named to SC Biz News’ inaugural South Carolina 500, a list recognizing the most influential business leaders shaping South Carolina’s economy.
The South Carolina 500 highlights leaders from across industries who are driving innovation, growth, and impact statewide. Stewart was recognized in the Marketing & Advertising category for her leadership in strategic marketing, business consulting, and community-focused media.
Stewart is the founder of Stewart Marketing & Consulting, where she serves as a fractional COO and CMO for law firms and small businesses, helping organizations grow sustainably through intentional strategy, systems, and relationship-driven leadership.
In addition to her consulting work, Stewart is the founder and publisher of The Laurens County Buzz, a hyper-local digital news platform launched in 2020 to highlight positive news, local businesses, nonprofit initiatives, and civic engagement across Laurens County. Since its launch, The Buzz has grown into a trusted, go-to source for good news and community storytelling throughout the county.
